What does a concrete project usually cost?
As a general planning range, many concrete projects run around $8–$12 per square foot. Patios often start around $2,000, with many around $2,500, while driveways often start around $8,000. These are estimates, not fixed prices. Removal, access, grading, drainage, finishes, and project size can change the total. Request a FREE estimate for your property.
How long does the work take?
Many straightforward concrete projects can be completed in about a week once work begins. Your actual start date and installation schedule depend on the scope, weather, site preparation, and any approvals. Concrete also needs time to cure after installation; Troy will explain when your surface is ready for foot traffic and vehicles.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. DaVinci Construction Services is licensed and insured and carries workers’ compensation coverage. Ask Troy for current documentation when discussing your project.
Will I need permits or HOA approval?
Requirements depend on your location and the work involved. Troy can review the project with you and discuss any permits or approvals that need to be addressed before work begins. If you have an HOA, check its requirements as part of planning your project.
Is a warranty included?
Ask Troy to explain the warranty terms for your specific project before signing. Any applicable coverage, exclusions, and care requirements should be included in your written project agreement.
